Christine Smith

Chris grew up in the Ann Arbor area and studied elementary education at EMU. Instead of her chosen field she became drawn to the fast pace environment of the restaurant business. The love she had for food, wine and fine service convinced her to make it a career. She continues to use her education background at the restaurant to help train our staff.

Chris is a 30+ year veteran in the restaurant industry and has been here at Paesano since 1997. Before Paesano she worked for some local town favorites such as Herc's Beef & Spirits, the Cottage Inn Cafe and the Red Bull. She is very organized and loves to express her artistic talents for special events. When it comes down to it, Chris can handle just about anything that is thrown her way.
